Ingredients
1cupcilantro,(1 packed)
½cupmint leaves,(1 packed) no stems
pinchred pepper flakes
2small garlic cloves
1tspRas el Hanout
¼cupextra virgin olive oil
1tbsplemon juice
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients and puree in a small blender until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
Add a drop of water if it’s too thick.
