Ingredients
*buttermilk french toast,(see Recipe Notes below for recipe)
blueberry syrup
blueberries,for garnish, optional
1⅓cupswhipped cream
⅓cuppowdered sugar
½tspvanilla extract
Preparation
Cook the toast according to directions.
Pour the whipping cream into a mixing bowl. With an electric mixer, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla and whip until stiff peaks form.
Serve the toast with warm blueberry syrup, spoon or pipe sweetened whipped cream on top and garnish with blueberries. Enjoy!
