Ingredients
4eggs
2cupsgranulated sugar
1cupvegetable oil
1tspvanilla extract
4cupsflour
1tspbaking soda
2tspbaking powder
2cupssour cream
2cupsblueberry
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Gradually add sugar. While beating slowly, pour in oil. Add vanilla.
Combine the dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream to the egg mixture.
Gently add blueberries.
Spoon into the greased muffin tin or paper liners
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
