Ingredients
2cupsfrozen blueberries
1 1⁄2cupsalmond milk
1handfulfresh kale leavesthick stems removed
1bananapeeled, sliced and frozen
1tbspchia seeds
2tspfresh gingerfinely-chopped
Preparation
Add the blueberries, almond milk, kale, banana, chia seeds and ginger to a blender and pulse until smooth.
Garnished with extra chia seeds if desired, serve, and enjoy!
