Ingredients

1cupfrozen blueberries

½cupGreek yogurtplain, non-fat

⅓cupmilk

¼cupold-fashioned oatsgluten-free

¼tspvanilla extractstore-bought or homemade

salt

2tspmaple syrupor honey, to sweeten, optional

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender.  Pulse until smooth, adding more milk if needed to thin out the smoothie.

Serve immediately, garnished with extra blueberries if desired.
