Ingredients

2 lb. pork ribs

4 cups olive oil

1 ½ tbsp. salt

1 tsp. ground pepper

1 tbsp. brown sugar

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

2 tbsp. oregano, chopped

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

Place in a large zipped bag and let the meat marinate overnight.

Place the marinated ribs on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook for about an hour or until the ribs are no longer pink in the center. Serve.
