Ingredients
2¼cupsoats
2cupswhole wheat flour
1cupsunflower seeds
1cupcranberries
½cuppumpkin seeds
½cupcoconut,shredded, unsweetened
¼cupflax,ground
⅔cupmaple syrup
2tspCinnamon
1½cupdark chocolate chips
¼cupmolasses
¾cupoil
1cupalmond milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add wet ingredients and mix on low until combined.
Place ⅓ cup scoops on a parchment-lined pan and press to flatten slightly.
Bake 23 to 26 minutes or until lightly browned.
