Ingredients

2tbspvegetable oil

1red onion,diced

1jalapeno,minced

15ozkidney beans,drained and rinsed

30ozpinto beans,drained and rinsed

3cupsbrisket,cooked and chopped

4slicesbacon,cooked and chopped

12ozbeer

8oztomato sauce

2tbspketchup

3tbspchili powder

1tbspcumin

1tbspWorcestershire sauce

Preparation

Add oil to a large cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat.

Add red onion and jalapeño and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally.

Add in kidney beans, pinto beans, brisket, bacon, beer, tomato sauce, ketchup, chili powder, cumin, and Worcestershire sauce.

Stir well and bring to a boil, then reduce to medium heat (stirring occasionally) and cook for 1 hour until thickened.
