Ingredients

1 lb swordfish steaks, 1-inch thick

¾ cup breadcrumbs

1 tbsp parsley, chopped

1 tsp dried oregano

salt and ground black pepper, to taste

4 tbsp olive oil, divided

lemon zest, from 1 lemon

lemon juice, from 1 lemon

vegetables, sauteed

4 lemon wedges

4 sprigs parsley

Preparation

Preheat broiler to 380 degrees F.

Oil broiler pan with roughly 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

In a bowl, toss the bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, lemon zest, and salt and pepper to taste together and stir in the remaining oil.

Brush the fish with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange steaks on the broiler pan.

Scatter the crumbs on top of the fish and broil for 20 minutes.

Once ready, garnish with parsley and serve along with sauteed vegetables and lemon wedges.
