Ingredients
1cupbread flour
1cupwhole wheat flour
1cupcornmeal
1cupmolasses
2cupswater
1tspbaking soda
1tspsalt
Preparation
In a large bowl, stir together bread flour, whole wheat flour, cornmeal, baking soda. Stir in molasses and water; mix until combined. Pour batter into 2 lightly greased coffee cans, fill about ⅔ full.
Place loaves into a steamer, cover and steam over low heat. Steam for 1 hour and 45 minutes, until loaves are set.
