Ingredients
⅔ cup brown rice, cooked and cooled
4 oz bananas, ripe, peeled
2¼ oz dates, pitted
2 cups plant-based milk, of your choice, preferably almond milk, avoid using coconut milk
½ cup orange juice
⅓ cup ice cubes
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
ground cinnamon, or cinnamon sugar
Preparation
Puree all ingredients together.
Portion accordingly, dust with ground cinnamon or cinnamon sugar, and serve.
