Ingredients

14ozchicken broth,1 can

15oztomatoes,with green chile peppers, diced, 1 can

1tspsalt

1cupbrown rice

Preparation

Bring chicken broth, tomatoes, and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan then add rice.

Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed for about 1 hour. Stir before serving.
