Ingredients
⅔cupall-purpose flour
⅔cupunsweetened cocoa powder,plus more for pan
1tbspcornstarch
½tspsalt
1cupgranulated sugar
¾cuplight-brown sugar,packed
½cupunsalted butter,melted
¼cupvegetable oil,or canola oil
3large eggs
2tspvanilla extract
⅓cupmini semi-sweet chocolate chips
6ozcream cheese,softened
1cuppowdered sugar
½tspvanilla extract
strawberries
raspberries
kiwi
blueberries

2tbspapple jelly,optional
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Butter a deep dish 12-inch pizza pan that’s at least ¾-inch deep or a 12-inch cake pan, then line with a round of parchment paper on bottom, butter parchment. Dust the pan with 1 tsp cocoa powder. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter and vegetable oil.
Blend in the eggs, one at a time, while adding in the vanilla with the last egg. Add in the flour mixture, then mix just until combined then mix in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread into an even layer, then wiggle pan to level.
Bake in the oven for about 18 to 22 minutes, until the toothpick inserted into the center comes out free of batter. Remove from oven and set on a wire rack to cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer, blend together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and slightly fluffy.
Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies, then cover and transfer to the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes or up to 1 day.
Add the fruits, then spread the warm apple jelly over with a pastry brush.
Cut into slices, serve, and enjoy!
