Ingredients
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup bacon, sliced
2 cups brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
4½ cups chicken broth
1 bay leaf
5½ oz red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp chili flakes
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
¼ tsp parsley, chopped
Preparation
Combine all your ingredients in the crockpot.
Cover, set the crockpot on high, and let it cook for 3 hours.
Adjust seasoning with salt & pepper.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
