Ingredients
½rotisserie chicken,shredded off the bone
1tbspbutter
½tbspdried parsley
½tspsmoked paprika,or plain
¼tspground black pepper
2cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese,divided
12ozcream cheese,softened to room temperature
¼cupFrank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
¼cupFrank’s Red Hot® Sauce
2tbspblue cheese
1bagtortilla chips,,Fritos, Doritos, Triscuits or Wheat Thins
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken with 1 ½ or 1 ¾ cups cheddar cheese, cream cheese, wing sauce, hot sauce, and bleu cheese.
Pour the mixture into a sprayed casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 25 minutes, then check the middle to ensure the dip is melted through. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes if needed.
Serve with chips or crackers.
