Ingredients
2lbchicken wings
1tspbaking soda
½tspgarlicgranulated
½ tspsalt
1tbspgrapeseed oil
black pepper
2cupswater
1tbspsalt
1tspsugar
1tspblack peppercorn
5clovesgarliccrushed
1cupFrank’s Red Hot® Sauce
4tbspbutter
3ozblue cheese
2tbspKewpie Mayo
½cupyogurt
1bunchchivessliced
1tbspdilldried or fresh
water
salt
black pepper
Preparation
Whisk brine together and allow to dissolve.
Submerge wings and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Remove from brine and pat dry before using
Toss wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and baking soda. Coat with oil.
Place on a wire rack.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 18 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
For the dressing, combine all and adjust consistency with water. Season to taste.
Toss with warmed hot sauce & butter.
