Ingredients
21ozBUSH’S® Sriracha Beans,(1 can)
1lbpork tenderloin,teriyaki-marinated, thinly sliced
1whole wheat baguette loaf,cut into four 6-inch lengths, split
4tbspsriracha mayonnaise
8tsphoisin sauce
1cupcucumber,seedless, chopped into matchstick pieces
1cupcilantro leaves,loosely packed
1cupcarrots,chopped into matchstick pieces
Preparation
Heat the grill to high heat. Grill the pork slices for 5 to 10 minutes, turning once until cooked through or internal temperature is at least 145 degrees F.
Spread each baguette with 1 tablespoon of sriracha mayo and 2 teaspoons of hoisin sauce.
Top each baguette with 2 slices of pork, and ¼ cup of each: cucumber, cilantro, and carrots.
