Ingredients

1¼cupsall purpose flour

¼tspsalt

½cupbutter,chilled, diced

¼cupice water

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the water, a tablespoon at a time, until the mixture forms a ball.

Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for about 4 hours or overnight.

Roll the dough out to fit a 9-inch pie plate. Place the crust in a pie plate, then press the dough evenly into the bottom and sides of the pie plate.

Top with desired pie fillings, bake, and enjoy!
