Ingredients

12ozkielbasa,or sausage, sliced

2tbspolive oil,divided

¼cupsalted butter

1onion,large, diced

½cabbage head,chopped to approximately 6 to 7 cups

1garlic clove,minced

⅔cuppeas,frozen

8ozegg noodles,uncooked

salt and fresh ground black pepper,to taste

Preparation

Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Cook the sausage until lightly browned.

Add the remaining olive oil, butter and onion.

Cook for 5 minutes until softened.

Add the cabbage and garlic, then cook for 10 to 15 minutes until tender.

Stir in the peas, noodles, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
