Ingredients

3medium carrots,chopped

2leeks,whites only

1cabbage head,chopped

1yellow pepper,chopped

15ozchicken breasts

6ozlean pork,like pork loin

2garlic cloves

2bay leaves

¼tspcumin

1.5ozbrandy

8cupswater

1Knorr chicken bullion

salt

Preparation

Chop the pork and chicken into small chunks.

In a large pot, combine the pork, chicken, water, cumin, salt, and pepper, then boil for 15 minutes on medium heat.

Add the carrots, leeks, cabbage, yellow pepper, garlic, bay leaves, brandy, water, and chicken bullion.

Reduce to low, then cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
