Ingredients
8ozwhite tequila,blanco
4ozcointreau,or other orange flavored liqueur
4ozcactus pear juice
2ozfreshly squeezed lime juice
1cupice cubes
lime wedges
coarse salt,optional
Preparation
Place the tequila, Cointreau, cactus pear and lime juices, and ice in a blender and pulse until smooth.
If using salt for garnish, rub a lime wedge around the rims of the glasses and dip the rims into a saucer of coarse salt.
Divide the mixture among 4 margarita glasses; garnish each with a lime wedge.
