Ingredients
3 cups water, divided
3 oz pineapple Jell-O, or lemon Jell-O
3 oz orange Jell-o
½ cup Limoncello liqueur
½ cup orange-flavored vodka , or rum
Preparation
Mix 1 cup of water and add the package of pineapple or lemon Jell-O to a saucepan.
Stir to dissolve and bring to a boil.
Remove from the heat and add Limoncello liqueur and ½ cup cold water then stir.
Pour into small glasses until half full. Chill until set.
Repeat steps one to three for the remaining ingredients
Pour on top of the chilled first jello layer. Let it set in the chiller for 30 minutes.
Once ready, serve and garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles.
