Ingredients

6 oz strawberry gelatin, (2 boxes), dry

¾ cup condensed milk, sweetened

1 cup pecans, finely chopped

1 cup coconut, finely shredded

½ cup red decorating sugar

½ cup green decorating sugar

Preparation

Mix gelatin, condensed milk, pecans, and coconut in a large mixing bowl.

Shape into strawberries using your hands.

Dip the pointed end into the red decorating sugar and the stem end into the green.

Place on waxed paper and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.

Green toothpicks and green hulls purchased at a cake decorating center may be used if desired. Serve and enjoy.
