Ingredients
5 oz salmon, (2 cans) drained
¼ cup mayo
1 tsp dijon mustard
½ tbsp lemon juice
½ tbsp lemon, zested
1 celery stick , chopped small
2 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
2 tbsp red onion, chopped small
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Drain the salmon and add it to a bowl. Mash it with a fork.
Prep the other ingredients and add them to the bowl, then mix it all together.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Serve on bread and enjoy.
