Ingredients

8ozcream cheese,(2 blocks), softened

¼cupcaramel,plus more for topping

1tbsplemon juice

½tspground cinnamon

kosher salt

1cupcheddar,shredded

1cupGranny Smith apple,finely chopped

2cupspecans,toasted, chopped

RITZ Crackers,for serving

Preparation

In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese with caramel, lemon juice, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until combined. Fold in cheddar and green apples.

Transfer the mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Freeze until firm for 30 minutes.

To a plate, add the pecans. Roll cheese ball in pecans, then transfer to a serving platter.

Drizzle with more caramel and sprinkle with more salt.

Serve with crackers, and enjoy!
