1cupdry oatmeal,like old-fashioned oats
⅔cupcoconut flakes,toasted
½cupcashew butter
½cupground flaxseed
½cupdark chocolate chips,or cacao nibs
⅓cuphoney,or agave nectar
1tspvanilla extract
Preparation
Stir the oatmeal, coconut flakes, cashew butter, flaxseed, chocolate chips, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
Cover, then let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Once chilled, roll the dough into balls into 1-inch diameter balls or desired size.
