Ingredients

1cupraw cashews

4cupswaterdivided

2tbspmaple syrupor honey or agave nectar

2tspvanilla extract

dashsea salt

pinchcinnamonoptional

Preparation

Soak the cashews in water for at least 4 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.

Drain the cashews and rinse until the water runs clear.

Add the cashews and 2 cups of water to a blender.

Start on a low setting, then increase the speed until the cashews are pulverized.

Add in 2 cups of water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, sea salt and cinnamon into the blender.

Blend until combined.

Serve, and enjoy!
