Ingredients

16 oz frozen cauliflower

2 tablespoons water

1 can cream of mushroom soup

½ cup Swiss cheese, shredded

½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

¼ cup milk

1½ cups garlic croutons

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325F.

Place the cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl, add water, cover and microwave for 6-7 minutes, or until tender.

Drain and pour into a greased baking dish.

Stir in the milk, cheeses and soup.

Top with croutons, cover and baked for 10 minutes, or until bubbling and cheese is melted.
