Ingredients
1cauliflower head
1tbspolive oil
Salt & Pepper
½cupradishes,sliced
½cupcelery,diced
½cupsharp cheddar cheese,shredded
2green onions,sliced
4bacon slices,cooked and crumbled
½cupmayonnaise
¼sour cream
3tbspsweet relish
1tspmustard,or dijon mustard
2tbspapple cider vinegar
salt & pepper,to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender-crisp. Set aside to cool completely.
Whisk all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
Place cooled cauliflower in a large bowl along with remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing.
Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
