Ingredients
2lbspetite red potatoes,diced into 1-inch bite size chunks
⅔cupHidden Valley® Simply Ranch Dressing
1cupcheddar cheese,shredded, used medium
6bacon slices,cooked, crumbled, about ½ cup
⅓cupgreen onions,chopped
salt and pepper,optional
Preparation
Add the potatoes to a pot, then pour in enough water to cover the potatoes by about 2-inches.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, hen reduce the heat to medium. Allow to boil for 10 minutes until the potatoes are fully tender.
Carefully pour the potatoes into a colander to drain. Set aside to cool.
Pour cooled potatoes into a large mixing bowl. Add in the ranch, cheddar, bacon, and green onions, then toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve, and enjoy!
