Ingredients
1 cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
3 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
5 cup chicken broth
20 oz broccoli, thawed,frozen chopped
2 cup rice, cooked
cheese, shredded
green onion, sliced
sour cream
Preparation
Melt butter in a heavy saucepot.
Saute onions until clear. Add mushroom soup, milk and cheese.
Cook until well incorporated. Then add broth, broccoli and rice.
Cover and let simmer for around 30 minutes.
Garnish with shredded cheese, green onions, and sour cream.
