Ingredients
3chicken breasts,cubed
6tbspbutter
½cupflour
2tspgarlic powder
1tspsalt
1tsppepper
2½cupssilk coconut milk
1cupparmesan cheese,shredded
2cupsbroccoli florets
1lbbow tie pasta
Preparation
Cook chicken in a large pan until coked through. Remove from pan.
Cook pasta according to package/box instructions.
Cook broccoli florets according to package instructions and set aside.
Add butter and flour to your pan and bring to a roux.
Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add 2½ cups Silk Coconut milk and stir until sauce thickens.
Add chicken, broccoli and pasta. Add Parmesan cheese right before serving.
