Ingredients

2flour tortillas

2cupscheese,shredded, (200 g)

½cupPico de Gallo,(125 g)

3tbspjalapeño,sliced

Preparation

Place one tortilla in a pan over Medium heat.

Cover the tortilla with 1 cup of cheese, half of the Pico de Gallo and the jalapeños.

Cover with the rest of cheese and place the second tortilla on top.

Cook until the cheese begins melting, then flip and cook on the other side until all cheese is melted.

Plate and enjoy.
