Ingredients
14ozsweetened condensed milk
1tspvanilla extract
1tspalmond extract
⅔cupflour
14ozsweetened coconut flakes(1 bag)
¼tspkosher salt
Preparation
Mix the vanilla extract and almond extract in with the condensed milk in a large bowl.
Add in the flour, coconut flakes and salt, then mix well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
With an ice cream scoop, scoop 18 macaroons onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
Bake in a 350 degrees F preheated oven for 15 minutes.
