Ingredients

1cuplight corn syrup

1cupsugar

1½cupspeanut butter,plus ¼ cup more

6cupschex cereal

1cupsemisweet chocolate chips

1cupbutterscotch chips

½tspvanilla

Reese’s,chopped, to taste

Preparation

Combine the corn syrup and sugar in a small pan over medium heat. Remove from heat as soon as it starts boiling and stir in 1½ cups of peanut butter.

Pour over the cereal and fold together.

Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper to let them set.

Melt together the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, remaining peanut butter, and vanilla in a microwave, stirring at 10 second intervals so that chocolate does not burn.

Pour over the cereal and sprinkle chopped Reese’s over the tops. Allow to cool completely before eating.

Serve and enjoy.
