Ingredients
1cupunsweetened soy milk
1cupgreek yogurt
2tbsphulled hemp seeds
2tbspground flax seeds
1tbsphoney,or more to taste
1tspcinnamon,ground
1tspvanilla extract
⅔cupchia seeds
Preparation
Whisk the soy milk and Greek yogurt together in a large sealable container. Stir hemp seeds, flax seeds, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into yogurt mixture.
Stir chia seeds into yogurt mixture until seeds are evenly distributed. Cover the container and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Stir the mixture until chia seeds are evenly distributed again. Refrigerate until chilled and set for at least 1 hour.
