Ingredients

¼cupchia seeds

½cupwater

2cupsfrozen raspberries

½cupfrozen blackberries

½cupfrozen blueberries

2frozen strawberries,or more to taste

⅓cuphoney,or more to taste

Preparation

Soak the chia seeds in water for 5 minutes until the mixture has a jelly-like texture.

Heat the raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat for 15 minutes until the berries are soft. Lightly crush the berries with a fork or masher.

Stir the chia seed mixture into the berry mixture. Remove from heat, then let cool for at least 10 minutes.

Serve over scones, and enjoy!
