2tspworcestershire sauce

2tspdijon mustard

Preparation

Combine the mayonnaise, garlic, anchovy paste, parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Combine the chicken tenders and olive oil in a small bowl. Season the chicken as desired.

Grill the chicken for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Combine the olive oil, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl, then brush them on each flatbread.

Cook the flatbread on a grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until lightly grilled. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then cook until melted.

Cut the romaine lettuce into bite-size pieces, then transfer them to a large bowl. Add the croutons, parmesan cheese, and prepared chicken.

Top the salad with the dressing, then toss to combine.

Cut the grilled flatbread into 6 pieces, serve with prepared salad, and enjoy!
