4chicken breastsboneless, skinless

Preparation

Combine the oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and brown sugar in a small bowl or a freezer bag.

Add the chicken, then marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, then cook the chicken for 7 to 8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
