Ingredients
3bay leaves
½tspblack peppercorn
½tspMexican oregano
grapeseed,over heat
8black peppercorns
4clovesgarlic
1onion,sliced
jalapeño
carrot
cauliflower,(optional)
water
apple cider vinegar
white vinegar
salt,to taste
Preparation
Put oil in pan. Add garlic, bay leaf, peppercorn, Mexican oregano, and cumin seeds. Saute briefly.
Add sliced jalapeños and slide carrots. Sauté some more.
Add water, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, and salt.
Let it boil for a couple of minutes and then transfer to a jar.
Serve along with pizza, nachos, or sandwiches, and enjoy!
