Ingredients

4cupsgreen cabbage,shredded

1cuppurple cabbage,shredded

1cupcarrots,shredded

¼cupgreen onions,sliced, plus more for garnish

3cupschicken,cooked

½cupslivered almonds,toasted

¾cupwonton strips

1tbspsesame seeds

2tbspvegetable oil

¼cuprice vinegar

¼cuphoisin sauce

1tbspsoy sauce

1tspfresh ginger,finely grated

1tbsptoasted sesame oil

Preparation

Place the green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, green onions, chicken and almonds in a bowl.

Combine the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture.

Toss to coat evenly, then sprinkle the wonton strips and sesame seeds over the salad.

Garnish with sliced green onions.
