Ingredients
¼cupsoy sauce
⅓cuporange marmalade
3tbspketchup
1tbsprice wine
1tbspsesame oil
4garlic cloves,minced
3lbspork ribs,bone-in, country style
Preparation
Combine the soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup, rice wine, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl.
Pour half the sauce into a slow cooker, then top with the ribs. Drizzle with the remaining sauce.
Cover and cook on Low for about 3 hours until the pork is tender.
Thicken the cooking juices in a small skillet over medium heat, if desired.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
