Ingredients

1dish pie crust,(9-inch deep), baked, cooled

2semisweet chocolate squares

1tbspmilk

1tbspbutter

2bananas,sliced

1½cupsmilk,cold

3.5ozinstant vanilla pudding mix,(1 package)

1½cupscoconut,shredded

1½cupsfrozen whipped topping,thawed

2tbspflaked coconut,toasted

Preparation

Combine the chocolate, 1 tablespoon of milk, and butter or margarine in a medium, microwave safe bowl.

Microwave on high for 1 to 1½ minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.

Spread the chocolate evenly on the pie crust, then arrange the banana slices over the chocolate.

Pour 1½ cups of cold milk into a large bowl. Add the pudding mix, then beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes.

Stir in 1½ cups of coconut, and spoon over the banana slices in the crust.

Spread the whipped topping over the pie, then sprinkle with toasted coconut.

Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set.

Serve chilled, and enjoy!
