Ingredients
¼cupbutter,softened
2eggs
3tbspcocoa powder,unsweetened
1½cupswhite sugar
⅔cupevaporated milk
1tspvanilla extract
1single crust pie,9-inch
Preparation
Blend together butter or margarine, eggs, cocoa, sugar, milk, and vanilla with a hand mixer until smooth.
Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes, or until set. Let cool before slicing.
