Ingredients
1cupsemisweet chocolate chips
⅔cupbutter
1egg
1½cupsall purpose flour
2tspbaking soda
¼cuplight corn syrup
¼tspsalt
½cupwhite sugar
1tspground cinnamon
Preparation
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Remove from heat.
Beat butter and sugar till creamy. Add egg and syrup, mix well. Stir in melted chocolate. Add all dry ingredients and mix well.
Roll dough into 1½-inch balls and roll in sugar.
Place 3 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 minutes. Let cool briefly before removing it from the pan.
