Ingredients
1½cupsheavy cream
1cupmilk
3cupsMint Oreo Cookies,chopped
1packageinstant vanilla pudding
1½tspmint extract
green food coloring
Preparation
Whisk together the milk, pudding mix, 1 teaspoon of mint extract and a couple of drops of food coloring in a bowl.
Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ½ teaspoon mint extract and a couple of drops of green coloring to the heavy cream in a separate bowl. Whip until stiff peaks form.
Fold the pudding mixture and whipped cream together, then gently stir in the chopped Oreo cookies.
Serve chilled, and enjoy!
