Ingredients
2ozdark chocolate,chopped
¼cupextra-virgin olive oil
⅔cuptahini
3½tbsphoney
½tspground cinnamon
Preparation
Place the chocolate and olive oil on the top of a double boiler over simmering water.
Stir frequently, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching, for about 5 minutes, until the chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
Combine the tahini, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture until smooth and well combined.
Refrigerate the spread for about 15 minutes until set and spreadable.
Serve over toast or scones, and enjoy!
