Ingredients
1cupplain Greek yogurt,full fat
3largelarge eggs
2tsppure vanilla extract
½cupvegetable oil
1cupflour
½cupdark cocoa powder
2tspbaking powder
½tspsalt
1cupwhite sugar
1cupsemisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a springform pan with baking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl, then them add to the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Fold in half the chocolate chips, then pour batter into a springform pan. Top with remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
