Ingredients
2ozchorizo
1tbspred wine vinegar
3large egg whites
1large egg
salt and pepper
2whole wheat wraps,high fiber low carb
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the egg whites, egg, salt, and pepper, then whisk well.
Heat a medium sauté pan on medium heat.
Add the chorizo, then cook for 1 minute on each side until slightly browned.
Add the vinegar, then cook another 1 minute to reduce.
Add the eggs to the pan, then scramble until cooked, stirring often.
Serve on wraps, and enjoy!
