Ingredients
4cupsgreen cabbage,or napa cabbage, shredded
2cupsjicama,julienned or spiralized
1carrot,shredded or julienned
¼cupcilantro
1cupmayonnaise
¼tspcumin
⅛tspcelery salt
⅛tspsmoked paprika
1lime,juiced
Preparation
Place cabbage, jicama, carrot, and cilantro in a medium bowl.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
Toss dressing with cabbage mixture. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
